TELCOMA Global / License Audit for Jira / Support
Supported by the people who built it.
One address, one promise: a reply within one business day, and within four business hours if the app has stopped working on your site.
What to include
Four things, and we can usually answer from them alone.
- Your Jira site URL — for example yourcompany.atlassian.net
- The audit period you ran
- What you expected and what you saw
- For a user you believe is wrongly listed: their display name and what they did in Jira during the period
We never need your password, API tokens, or access to your site. If anyone claiming to represent us asks for those, it isn't us.

Known limits
We'd rather you read these here than discover them yourself.
Every one of these follows from what Jira Cloud does and doesn't expose to apps. None of them changes who gets listed — they affect what the app can tell you about why.
Confluence activity is not counted, so a Confluence-only user holding a Jira seat appears in the list.
A user who only reads issues cannot be distinguished from one who never opens Jira. Jira Cloud does not expose login history to apps.
Comment-only activity outside the audit period is invisible to the verification check, so a dormancy band can occasionally be one step wider than the truth. The decision to list is unaffected.
Emails are hidden for users whose profile privacy settings don't share them with apps.
Service status
The app runs entirely on Atlassian Forge. If Jira Cloud or Forge is degraded, the app is affected — see status.atlassian.com.
Feature requests
Tell us what would make the report more useful. Requests that come with the reason behind them get built first.
Privacy
What the app reads, stores and never does, in plain terms: the privacy policy.
